If traffic from an address sold by CheapProxy is attacking or abusing you, tell us. We want to know.
Where to send it
Email [email protected]. Use that address for abuse. For billing or account questions, use [email protected].
What to include
- The IP address the traffic came from.
- The date, time and time zone of the traffic, as exact as your logs allow.
- The target host or URL and what happened.
- A log excerpt that shows the requests. Remove anything private first.
Without an address and a time we cannot tell which customer held the address then.
What we do with a report
We may ask the customer for details, suspend the proxy or the account while we look into it, and end access for use that breaks the acceptable-use policy. We do not publish a response time, and we do not share a customer’s details with the reporter unless the law requires it.
Emergencies and crimes
If someone is in danger, contact your local emergency services first. Report crimes to the police. We cooperate with lawful requests.
