A shared datacenter IP is $1.25 for 30 days, a shared ISP IP is $2.10, and residential starts at $5.50 for one GB. Any of them fits inside the minimum top-up.
A test worth running
Run the ten-minute test against your own target and measure the share of requests that return the page you wanted. That figure, not the price, decides whether to scale.
If it does not work
Unused top-up balance can be refunded within 7 days of the top-up. Read the refund policy before you pay.
