Every use-case page on this site describes an allowed job: web scraping, seo rank tracking, price monitoring, ad verification, social media management, market research, geo-testing and qa, travel fare monitoring, brand protection, public data collection.
What ends your access
- Fraud, credential stuffing or account takeover
- Harassment, threats or any content that exploits minors
- Attacks on networks or services, including denial of service
- Spam and abuse of third-party platforms
- Anything illegal where you or the target are located
What we do when something is reported
- We may ask you for details about how a proxy is being used.
- We may suspend a proxy or an account while we look into a report.
- We may end access for use that breaks this policy.
- We take reports at the abuse address on the report-abuse page.
To report a problem, use the report-abuse page. The binding text is the acceptable-use policy, which is part of the terms.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use these proxies for sneaker or ticket bots?
This policy does not allow any use that abuses a third-party platform. We do not build for that market. If your plan involves it, ask support before you buy.
What happens if a proxy is reported?
We may ask you for details and may suspend the proxy or account while we look into it. Reports go to [email protected].
Does this page replace the legal document?
No. It explains the policy. The acceptable-use policy is the document that binds, and it is part of the terms.
Try it for $5
