Static residential and ISP are the same idea

An ISP proxy is a fixed address announced by a consumer internet provider and hosted on datacenter-grade hardware. You keep it for the term you buy, so a login, a session or an allowlist entry stays valid.

It is not the same as the rotating residential line, where addresses change and you pay by the GB.

Why pay per IP

A static address is billed per IP per term, not per byte. If one address carries heavy traffic, the dedicated plan does not meter it. If you need thousands of different addresses for one pass over a site, rotating is the better fit.

Targeting

The ISP line supports country, region, city and carrier selection at checkout where stock allows. See where you can order for the country list and the date it was checked.

Frequently asked questions

Is a static residential proxy the same as a residential proxy?

Both use addresses that look like consumer connections. A static one stays the same for your term, while a rotating one changes. Here the static one is the ISP line.

How much is a static residential proxy?

Shared ISP is $2.10 per IP for 30 days, dedicated is $3.20, and the 365-day term and volume rungs lower both. The tables above show every rung.

Try it for $5

Minimum top-up is $5. Run your own target through it before you scale.
